Boil the raisins with the water for about 1/2 hour.
Line pie plate with pie crust.
Mix sugar, flour and the cinnamon. Add slowly the raisins and then the lemon juice. Let cool slightly.
Place raisin mixture in the pie. Wet edges of the under crust, cover with the upper crust and press slightly together.
Bake in 350° F. for about 30 minutes
